Age Groups and Courses

7-9 Years

• Swim: 100m (indoor pool)
• Bike: 2.5km (safe, closed loop, as shown on the map)
• Run: 1km (well-marked course)

10-12 Years

• Swim: 100m (indoor pool)
• Bike: 3.5km (closed loop)
• Run: 1.5km (well-marked course)
